Good morning folks...

A few things I wanna get off my chest....

1) Obama: Negro please... While I am one of the most optomistic negroes you will ever meet. I have danced on the same floor with the Clintons, hollered at the Gores, spoke with Sharpton, and debated with Jackson. I worked with Orrin Hatch, tussled in politic jargon with Specter, and funned with a few nameless ones. The world, this United States of America ... just aint ready. Mark my word, write them down, print this out... A white woman possible, but not likely. A negro ( person of color)... man if Powell couldnt pull it off what makes you think... I like this guy, he is intelligent, articulate ( for my white readers), and savvy, but he is too ill experienced. Trouble with him is that he is the anti-Hillary for most. And the issue for them both is ... they will pull from the same POOL of voters making it easy for a third person to slip right through (Edwards, Vlasik, etc.) In his limited Senate career he has iniated.... he has passed.... he has..... *thinking* what the hell has he done? Oh... wrote two books with a third on hold. Two years in the Senate and three books. Oh... yeah he did post up one piece of legislation - and McCain sent him to the lil boy corner for about a week or so. Then Mc had the nerve to publish his 'STFU lil boy' letter in the Post. WOW! Sen. Obama... ride this one out. Accept the Vice President and see how the USofA loves ya... I am not saying settle, I am saying 'learn'.

2) Work: As a black man... do you often times feel marginalized? As if the standard are set low? I completed a task for my Associate Adminstrator and this kat act like I found the cure for cancer. He hit me with a 'on the spot' award ($2,500) and accomodations. I asked this dude what the deal was... he stated that many had tried to communicate this same message in many forms but with little to no results. However, my presentation garnered no responses and everyone 'got' the concept and idea. I was struck with 'Awww' then disgust that I was working with such incompetent mofos.

3) Life: Is GREAT.... cause God is good to me. I cannot complain, nope not at all. I ran into my ex (dont know if I told yall but I ran cross my first love contact info on a press release-- and I called her). She is living life and loving it. Her life is GOOOD and I am honestly glad for her. I hated her for years because she broke my heart (shed tear), but when we spoke it was as if we were the best of friends. Cause we were when we dated. She said that she still loved me and that we would always have a place in her heart (and i co-signed to my heart as well). She had lil boy recently... I am so proud and happy for her. Her life is totally turned around and she is that upstanding woman that I was gonna live my life with (or so I thought). Anyway... we agreed NOT to meet up but to remain close 'phone' friends. * Why ? We sexed alot.... and that was the bestestest part of the relationship -- Yeah its been 15 yrs, but some things you never forget * Heres the best part though... she told me my god-son is 18 now and about to graduate college this spring. Problem is... he dont have money for college, while he has a partial scholarship to FAMU, he needs more. His mother died when he was 8 and his father aint shnit. *SMILE* I was excited to tell her that ... when I was deemed his godfather, I started a trust fund for him. When we (her and & I) lost touch I just convereted the thing to a nameless fund for one of my own children (when I had them). I told her to tell his grandmother to call me and I will have the fund turned over to him. The fund is to be dispensed over four years and it should be enough to supplement him. I am SOOO proud and happy to help him. God is good!!!

4) Real Estate: slow... and slowing... but still GOOD!!


Randomness:
a) I dont read the newspaper no more...

b) I joined yet another investment group...

c) Using people who like you is never a good thing. Life will fawk you in the end and you will never be happy.

d) She is backkkkkkkkk!!!!! NO... we are back!!!
