Question....

I have been reading plenty of responses and trying to reciprocate the love, but what is the best way to maintain and read others' blogs. I mean folks are writing great things and very interesting topics that I would appreciate continuing to read.

Also... who is/are the BLOGologist/s? I mean the one who can show me the ins and outs and tricks of blogging? I come humble and ready to learn.

Randomness:
None today... I got plans!

Maaaaaan… there’s no rhyme or reason to the madness. I’ve been writing on my blog for almost 2 years and just recently started commenting on other folks blogs. I would read, but never say much of anything. I actually sat down at work one day when I was bored and started clicking links. For hours I went from one blog to the next, clicking on links in other peoples blogrolls. If the subject or topic interests me and I feel I have something worthwhile or funny to say, I do so. From there I started bookmarking blogs that I liked and then I’d go back more often and read what the person was talking about. In return, a lot of folks started reading mine.

I never write for anyone else, I do it more to just run my mouth for the most part. It’s sort of therapeutic for me I suppose. I think I truly realized the power of my writing when I wrote a blog entry in April 2005 in remembrance of how my best friend committed suicide. I wrote the entry that day because my heart was heavy. I didn’t receive a lot of comments on that entry, but I received a great deal of emails. A lot of folks who either were contemplating suicide, were close to someone who committed suicide or dealing with depression or other issues in their lives wrote me. Most were thanking me for sharing my story and some even talked candidly about their own problems. Sometimes people are dealing with things and feel like they’re alone. I’m no different. You never know who you may help by telling your story. Some of my entries are of a serious nature, while some show my sense of humor. I’ve always been a writer and this forum allows me to scratch the itch of a young kid who at one time wanted to be a journalist.

Sorry for writing so long bruh. The spirit just kinda hit me. I suppose that if I had never started reading other blogs and commenting, that I wouldn't have ended up at the party, never have met you and the other folks and probably wouldn't be reading your entry on this topic... lol.

Peace
